Quality Assurance

Our pepperoni, salami and chorizo are manufactured at brand new facilities equipped with state-of-the-art technology within fermented meat products.

The quality assurance system at DK-Foods is subject to a variety of regulations from the Danish authorities and from customers outside Denmark. We are BRC-certified (download pdf) in accordance with UK regulations. Our QA system is based on the HACCP principles, which are regularly tightened to comply with the often stricter requirements of our customers.

In addition to BRC, Danish legislation and the HACCP regulations applicable at any time, we comply with international GMP regulations provided that they do not conflict with HACCP and/or legislative or customer requirements.

All products from DK-Foods can be traced back to the raw ingredients.
