Quality Assurance

DK-Foods produces pepperoni, salami and chorizo at brand new facilities equipped with state-of-the-art fermented meat product technology.

The quality assurance system at DK-Foods is subject to various requirements from both the Danish authorities as well as European customers. DK-Foods holds BRC grade A certification (download pdf) according to UK rules. Our quality assurance system is based on HACCP principles, and is regularly upgraded to meet ever stricter customer requirements.

In addition to BRC, Danish legislation and the HACCP regulations applicable at any time, we comply with international GMP regulations provided that they do not conflict with HACCP and/or legislative or customer requirements.

All products from DK-Foods can be traced back to the raw ingredients.
